Stan’s Story

Stan was raised in Huntsville Alabama. He attended Berachah Academy in Huntsville and then continued his education at TN Temple University in Chattanooga TN. Stan surrendered his life to Christ at the age of 16 and at the young age of 17 was called to the ministry. Stan first served as a youth pastor in the lower Appalachian area and also in Huntsville and Indiana. Stan served as Interim pastor and then pastor in the late 1980’s. He enjoys watching sports and during the football season you can hear him say “Roll Tide!”  The scripture given to him when he was called to youth ministry was Psalm 34:11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
